The Chattanooga Bicycle Club is for people interested in bicycling (both road and mountain bike), trail maintenance, and creating new friendships. Some of the club's activities include: Variety of rides every weekend throughout the year! Weekday evening rides during summer! Night rides during the winter! Mountain bike trail maintenance and construction! 3-State 3-Mountain Challenge! Sequatchie Valley Century! Discounts at area bike shops! Discount bike and ride Incline tickets Monthly newsletters! The monthly meeting of the Chattanooga Bicycle Club is held on the 3rd Monday of the month at the Outdoor Chattanooga building in Coolidge Park at 6:00pm. |

The CBC was established in 1967 to encourage and promote bicycle riding and safety, and to foster a good relationship between cyclists and motorists by demonstrating courtesy and respect for the law. CBC is affiliated with the League of American Bicyclists (LAB), the International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA), Adventure Cycling and the Chattanooga Area Bicycle Task Force. CBC produces a club newsletter, a web site with an interactive calendar and ride and trail maps, holds two major events annually, and has over 400 scheduled rides and activities throughout the year.
