Banana-Pineapple Bread
3 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt
3 eggs, lightly beaten
¾ cup oil
1½ tsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups mashed bananas (about 6 small
bananas)
1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple
Directions: Stir all ingredients
together until well mixed. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350
degrees for 60-70 minutes or until done. Cool in the pans for 15 minutes. Remove and cool
on a wire rack. Yield: 2 loaves.
